My Story

I was born and raised in California and have always been drawn to both the creative and analytical sides of work. I earned my Associate’s degree at Kapi'olani Community College on Oahu, then completed my Bachelor of Science in Apparel Design and Merchandising at San Francisco State University.

After college, I built my career in retail buying—starting as an 

Assistant Buyer for Sears and Kmart and advancing to Associate Buyer. Over the years, I oversaw multiple categories including Women’s Intimates, Accessories, Special Sizes, and Juniors. I worked closely with vendors across the U.S. and around the world—from the fashion district in Los Angeles to Shanghai—helping develop products for internal brands, negotiating cost and quantities, and tracking inventory from concept to delivery. I was also responsible for detailed reporting and performance analysis for my team, which sharpened my ability to evaluate data and make strategic, numbers-driven decisions.

When COVID disrupted the retail industry and brought production to a halt, I pivoted into a fast-paced, people-centered environment—managing digital marketing for a local nightclub, then working my way up to Executive Assistant and ultimately Assistant General Manager. That experience strengthened my communication skills, taught me how to stay calm under pressure, and gave me a steady confidence when navigating high emotions and high stakes.

Real estate became the perfect intersection of everything I do best: strong negotiation, clear communication, a sharp mind for numbers, and a genuine love of design. I’m especially drawn to homes with character and uniqueness—and I bring a thoughtful, strategic approach to pricing, evaluating, and positioning every property. My goal is simple: to help you make smart decisions, feel supported throughout the process, and move forward with confidence.
